Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aisenn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

aisenn is a platform that enables creators to sell digital assets (photos, videos, graphics, audio) directly to clients and manage campaign deals with brands. The platform provides storefronts, asset management, licensing, campaign workflows, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You may create or join organizations to collaborate with other users under shared settings and permissions.

4. Creator Responsibilities

• You must own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload to the platform.
• You are responsible for setting accurate pricing and licensing terms for your assets.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• You are responsible for fulfilling campaign deal obligations you accept through the platform.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Purchasing an asset grants you a license to use it — ownership and copyright remain with the creator.
• Your license is limited to the accounts and properties your organization has registered in Settings → Licensing (social handles, website, and any other declared destinations). You must keep this list accurate and register at least one destination before purchasing.
• You may only use a purchased asset on your own registered accounts. Using it on accounts you have not registered, allowing third parties (including colleagues, clients, or partners outside your organization) to use it, or redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing it, is a breach of these terms.
• An “exclusive” license means no other buyer may license the same asset; it does not transfer ownership or lift the registered-accounts limit above.
• You are responsible for fulfilling payment obligations for purchases and campaign deals.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Asset purchases and campaign payments are processed through Stripe. Customers are charged at checkout when purchasing assets or paying for campaign deals.
• Storage subscriptions are billed monthly through our billing provider. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Purchased assets come with perpetual access and unlimited downloads, subject to the license terms above.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant aisenn a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

aisenn and its branding, design, and technology are the property of aisenn and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the platform
• Circumvent access controls or download protections
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

aisenn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of aisenn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
